forums and more. Our technicians can even connect to your system remotely, with
your permission, to diagnose problems, install software, configure your system or
network and more. With the Platinum Plus Plan, itβs easy and safe to backup 2GB

and password.
The business hours for in-home service appointments are Monday through Friday, 8AM
β 6PM. Your in-home technical support service call will be scheduled to occur within
48 hours of your service request (on business days Mon.-Fri.). With the Platinum
Plus Play, you never have to bring your equipment to a service shop for diagnosis
and repair β we come to you β and forget about paying for one-shot repairs, your
membership covers unlimited support calls!
