Spare Backup Launches SupportSquad™ White Label Data Backup and Cloud Computing Services Program

PALM DESERT, Calif. – October 14, 2010 - Spare Backup, Inc. ("Spare Backup") (OTCBB:SPBU) today announced that it is launching a "SupportSquad™" white label data backup and cloud computing program. SupportSquad™'s technical support team troubleshoots and helps resolve issues with personal computers, PC-related components, printers, scanners, virus and SPAM security, home and business networks, VPN, DSL, broadband, VoIP, telecommunication products, cameras, webcams, iPods, MP3 players, TiVo, smartphones and more.

Spare Backup will provide the software services on a wholesale basis under the SupportSquad™ brand. SupportSquad™ will market the services to a growing subscriber base of over 100,000 customers of its various support plans and will be responsible for all billing and support calls. Spare Backup will receive an undisclosed monthly payment from SupportSquad™ for each customer subscribing to the data backup service and cloud computing services
